Accessibility
We want the summit — and this website — to work for everyone.
At the venues
Both venues are step-free and wheelchair accessible. [Confirm and add specifics: accessible toilets, hearing loops, quiet space, BSL interpretation on request, etc.]
Quiet space
A quiet room will be available on both days for anyone who needs a break from the main programme. [Confirm room location at each venue]
Sessions
- Live captioning in the main auditorium on both days.
- Slides shared after the summit where speakers agree.
- Content warnings given before sessions covering bereavement or overdose.
- [Confirm BSL provision and how to request it]
Tell us what you need
Access needs are collected at registration, but you can contact us through the form at any point and we will do our best to sort it.
